Pastor Daniel Bridgman is from Prattville, Alabama. Before serving at Cross Church, Daniel has served as a Campus Pastor, Family Pastor, and Lead Pastor. Daniel graduated with a degree in Biblical Studies from Luther Rice University before heading to Liberty University to obtain a Master's Degree in Christian Leadership. He is passionate about leading those who are disconnected from God to become fully devoted followers of Jesus, preaching biblical messages, and developing leaders.
Daniel is married to Erica and together they have one daughter, Madison. Daniel and Erica enjoy CrossFit, finding new restaurants, and spending time with Madison.

Pastor Justin Durrance grew up in Bradford County, Florida. At the age of 12, he received Christ as his Lord and Savior, and at the age of 23, felt God calling him to serve in full-time Christian ministry. Justin is a graduate of the University of Florida and South Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has a passion for reaching our community with the Gospel, and wants to see broken people transformed by a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Justin is married to Tori and they have two children, Ava and Jude. Justin enjoys spending time with family, reading, exercising, and being outdoors.

Pastor Matt Stucky has been a part of the Starke community since he was 7 years old.  Matt gave his life to Christ at the age of seven and grew up singing and serving in the church. Matt surrendered to God’s call on his life after his senior year of high school, but began serving in full-time ministry ten years ago. He is passionate about worship and seeing others come to a place of complete freedom in their personal worship of the Father. Pastor Matt has been around Worship Ministry for over 40 years, following in the footsteps of his father who was also a Worship Pastor. Pastor Matt, Kim, and Luke all love Jesus, their family and friends, and spending time together.  They also love family trips, all things Gators, and BHS baseball…..especially #12!

Pastor Joey Fitzpatrick grew up in Starke, Florida. While in 6th grade, some students came to visit Joey’s older sister on Monday night visitation. It was that night that he received Christ as His Savior. While at youth camp the summer of his 9th grade year, Joey felt God calling him into full time ministry, but did not fully surrender to that call until he was 19. Since that time, he has served in both youth and worship ministry. Joey is passionate about raising up the next generation to know, love, and worship Jesus, and reach those around them for His kingdom.
Joey and Merideth have two children, Carter and Leah. He loves to spend his spare time with his family, fishing, playing football, and rooting on the Gators!

Pastor Eric Dampier was born and raised in Bradford County. He was saved at the age of 11 and later felt the call of God to serve in ministry working with young people. Eric has previously served in Children’s Ministry in various capacities for twenty years. Eric has a passion to see young people come to know the Lord and to build a strong foundation of faith in their lives.
He is married to Anna and they have one daughter, Alaina. In his spare time, Eric enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. 

Tori has lived in Starke most of her life. She grew up in church but truly surrendered it all to Jesus at the age of 21. Being transformed by God's mercy and grace ignited a passion within her to help others and serve in her local church. Tori graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. Tori is passionate about teaching children about the unlimited love God has for them and building a foundation of faith that will last a lifetime.
Tori is married to Justin and they have two children, Ava and Jude. Tori loves sunsets, slow mornings with her family, and taking a walk outdoors.

Gracie Martin has lived in Starke for several years. Gracie grew up in church and surrendered her life to Christ at the age of 17. Not long after, she felt God calling her to full time ministry. Gracie is currently pursuing a degree in Strategic Communications at Liberty University. God has given her a deep passion for connecting people to Jesus and His Church, especially through creative communication strategies and graphic design.
Gracie is married to Nathan. She loves being with family, reading, making homemade lattes, and taking on art projects in her spare time.
